Alice Aycock’s monumental sculpture Another Twister has become a landmark in the city of Hannover since its erection in front of the Sprengel Museum in 2015. This year, the museum celebrates the 50 year anniversary of its collection and the 40 year anniversary since its inauguration and devotes a comprehensive exhibition to the artist that—alongside photographs and drawings—includes some of her most well-known sculptural works from the 1970s to today. On the occasion of the exhibition, an encompassing monograph has been published with essays by Stella Jaeger, Reinhard Spieler, Carina Plath and Susanne Titz.
